Why Choose Our Woven Grain Melamine Panels?

A pronounced basket-weave / rattan-style texture with deep embossed tactility — the popular natural cane look without rattan's fragility, gaps and dust traps.

Deep Basket-Weave Texture

Strong three-dimensional woven pattern, bolder than the fine linen of our Fabric series.

Rattan-Cane Aesthetic

Captures the trending cane/rattan look for modern and resort-style interiors.

Sealed & Hygienic

No open gaps to trap dust; the sealed surface wipes clean, unlike natural cane webbing.

Structurally Stable

No sagging, brittleness or humidity damage common with real woven rattan.

Easy to Fabricate

Cuts and edges like a standard melamine board; matched edge banding available.

Certified & OEM-Ready

ENF/E0, FSC, CARB P2 and CE; custom weave tones for volume programs.

FAQ about Woven Grain Melamine Panels
Q1: What is woven grain?

A1: A bold embossed basket-weave pattern inspired by rattan and cane weaving, with deeper relief than fabric grain.

Q2: What is the difference from Fabric Grain?

A2: Fabric grain is a fine, subtle linen texture; woven grain is a pronounced three-dimensional basket/rattan weave.

Q3: Is it made of real rattan?

A3: No. It is a melamine panel embossed with a woven-steel plate — the rattan look without natural cane's gaps and fragility.

Q4: Where is it used?

A4: Wardrobe door inserts, cabinet fronts, headboards, wall accents, resort/hotel furniture and Boho-style interiors.

Q5: Is it easy to clean?

A5: Yes. The texture is a sealed embossed surface — vacuum or wipe with a damp cloth, with no dust-trapping holes.

Q6: Can it be used in humid climates?

A6: Yes. Unlike real rattan, it does not absorb moisture, sag or turn brittle; plywood substrate is recommended for wet areas.
