Product Introduction

Wood Grain Series High definition wood grain printed melamine paper is aligned and pressed with dedicated real-wood grain steel plate. Under high-temperature & high-pressure process, it is fully laminated on MDF, PB, FOSB, Plywood and other substrates to restore three-dimensional and authentic natural wood texture.

Product Structure
Medium Density Fiberboard
Substrate: Made by hot-pressing fine wood fibers evenly under high temperature. Fine and smooth surface, excellent machinability for milling & shaping, ideal bonding effect for decorative lamination.
Surface finish: Decorative base paper is impregnated with melamine resin and dried & cured to produce decorative paper. With matching texture steel plates under high temperature and high pressure, it can be tightly laminated to various substrates.
Particle Board
Substrate: Integrated hot-press forming of quality wood chips under high temperature and high pressure. Stable structure with low deformation risk, high cost-performance, suitable for mass cabinet production.
Surface finish: Decorative base paper is impregnated with melamine resin and dried & cured to produce decorative paper. With matching texture steel plates under high temperature and high pressure, it can be tightly laminated to various substrates.
Oriented Strand Board
Substrate: High-temperature pressing after directional laying of long and short wood strands. Anti-deformation, high structural strength, outstanding stability amid temperature and humidity changes.
Surface finish: Decorative base paper is impregnated with melamine resin and dried & cured to produce decorative paper. With matching texture steel plates under high temperature and high pressure, it can be tightly laminated to various substrates.
Plywood
Substrate: Hot-press bonding of cross-laminated multi-layer wood veneers. Outstanding moisture resistance, strong nail-holding capacity, applicable for humid environments.
Surface finish: Decorative base paper is impregnated with melamine resin and dried & cured to produce decorative paper. With matching texture steel plates under high temperature and high pressure, it can be tightly laminated to various substrates.

Product Packaging

Panels are neatly stacked horizontally. Each panel is pre-covered with PE protective film to prevent scratches and fingerprints on PET finish. Paper edge protectors are installed around the stack to guard corners. The whole stack is wrapped with PE waterproof film with desiccants inside to resist sea moisture and mildew. Non-fumigation plywood pallets are used for loading, secured tightly by plastic-steel straps and stretch film to avoid shifting during transit. Shipping marks including product size, quantity, gross/net weight and volume are attached on pallets, with “Keep Dry” and “Fragile” warning signs. Pallets can be loaded flat into containers. This standard packing fits all panel types with excellent stability and low bending risk.
