For OEM color matching and custom textures, sample development takes 7–10 days, with mass production running 20–25 days after sample approval. Yes. We provide free A4-size sample swatches of our melamine panels, PET laminated panels and edge banding; courier costs are borne by the buyer (typically via DHL, FedEx or UPS, 3–5 days worldwide). For full 1220×2440 mm panel samples, we can ship LCL or via air freight with costs quoted based on destination.

Quality is controlled at every stage — incoming raw-material inspection, in-process checks on our PUR lamination lines, and final QC on thickness, surface flatness, gloss/matte level, edge bonding and formaldehyde emission. We retain A4 reference samples from every batch and provide batch-specific QC reports and photos before shipment, so buyers can verify consistency against approved samples.
Standard export packaging uses plastic shrink wrap, foam corner protection and fumigated wooden pallets suitable for sea freight. For OEM clients, we offer custom carton marks, branded labels, and reinforced pallet packaging.
