Panels offers a premium range of PET laminated panels designed to elevate modern furniture and interior surfaces. Our collection spans high gloss, ultra matte and soft-touch finishes across MDF, plywood, particle board and OSB substrates — each engineered to combine European design aesthetics, long-lasting durability and environmental responsibility, helping furniture manufacturers and designers create surfaces that are both sophisticated and sustainable.
Co-developed with the Apex Rhine design studio in Cologne, Germany, our PET panels bring the latest European high gloss and ultra matte trends to your product line — over 100 original designs across solid, metallic, wood grain, leather, fabric, stone and art textures.
The PET film is anti-scratch, anti-fingerprint, stain-resistant and UV-stable. Its mirror-like high gloss and silky soft-touch matte finish maintain a flawless appearance even under daily use — ideal for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and children's furniture.
PET film contains no plasticizers, no heavy metals and no added formaldehyde. All panels meet ENF/E0 emission standards (≤0.025 mg/m³) and are certified by FSC, CARB P2 and CE — safe for healthcare, childcare and export to the strictest markets.
Choose MDF, plywood, particle board or OSB in 9/12/18/22 mm thicknesses, with standard 1220×2440 mm and 1220×2745 mm panel sizes, single- or double-sided lamination — one design system across price points and applications.
Manufactured on state-of-the-art PUR lamination lines and pressed with embossed steel plates from HUECK (Germany) and SESA (Italy), delivering texture depth and tactile realism that flat screen-printed surfaces cannot match.
A 20,000 m² smart factory, 200,000-sheet monthly capacity and export experience across 20+ countries ensure consistent batch-to-batch quality, stable lead times and full private-label support for distributors and furniture manufacturers worldwide.
A1: A PET laminated panel is a decorative board finished with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film bonded to an MDF, plywood, particle board or OSB substrate using PUR hot-melt lamination. It is known for its mirror-like high gloss, soft-touch ultra matte surface, and excellent resistance to scratches, fingerprints, stains and UV fading — making it a premium choice for modern furniture and wall panels.
A2: Both deliver a high-gloss finish, but PET panels are more flexible, impact-resistant and less prone to cracking or delamination than acrylic panels. PET is also lighter, more environmentally friendly (free of plasticizers and heavy metals) and generally more cost-effective for large-scale furniture production, while acrylic offers a slightly deeper gloss at a higher price point.
A3: Yes — our ultra matte and soft-touch PET finishes are engineered with an anti-fingerprint coating. Most fingerprints, grease and everyday stains can be wiped away with a damp microfiber cloth and mild detergent, with no special maintenance required.
A4: PET laminated panels are available on MDF, plywood, particle board and OSB substrates. Standard sizes are 1220×2440 mm and 1220×2745 mm, with thicknesses of 9/12/18/22 mm. Both single-sided and double-sided lamination are supported, and custom sizes can be discussed for bulk orders.
A5: Absolutely. The PET film itself is free of plasticizers, heavy metals and formaldehyde, and all finished panels meet Chinese ENF/E0 standards (formaldehyde emission ≤0.025 mg/m³). Our products are also certified by FSC, CARB P2 and CE, and the film is REACH-compliant — suitable for bedrooms, children's rooms, healthcare and hospitality projects.
A6: PET laminated panels are widely used for kitchen cabinet doors, wardrobe systems, bathroom vanities, children's furniture, accent wall panels, retail displays, hotel interiors and high-end residential projects. They are especially popular where a seamless, premium, easy-to-maintain surface is required.
