Metallic Texture Finish Series: This series of panels is made by flat-laminating food-grade PET decorative film embedded with metal powder and covered with 172nm excimer protective coating onto substrates including MDF, PB, FOSB, plywood and others with PUR hot melt adhesive. The panels present restrained and even metallic luster with high-grade texture. The hard surface is wear-resistant, stain-resistant and anti-yellowing with long-lasting color retention. Compact lamination leaves no gaps, perfect for modern minimalist and industrial high-end customized spaces.

Panels are neatly stacked horizontally. Each panel is pre-covered with PE protective film to prevent scratches and fingerprints on PET finish. Paper edge protectors are installed around the stack to guard corners. The whole stack is wrapped with PE waterproof film with desiccants inside to resist sea moisture and mildew. Non-fumigation plywood pallets are used for loading, secured tightly by plastic-steel straps and stretch film to avoid shifting during transit. Shipping marks including product size, quantity, gross/net weight and volume are attached on pallets, with “Keep Dry” and “Fragile” warning signs. Pallets can be loaded flat into containers. This standard packing fits all panel types with excellent stability and low bending risk.
