Product Introduction

Brushed Metal Finish Series: This series of panels is made by flat-laminating food-grade PET decorative film composited with vacuum-plated brushed layer and outer UV coating onto substrates including MDF, PB, FOSB, plywood and others with PUR hot melt adhesive. The panels have three-dimensional realistic brushed texture and vivid metallic effect. PUR lamination provides strong adhesion without delamination or cracking, featuring long-lasting scratch resistance and stable color. They are mainly used for high-end cabinet doors, wall panels and other decorative panels.

Medium Density Fiberboard
Substrate: Made of fine wood fibers and eco-friendly adhesive under high pressure. Smooth and delicate surface with high plasticity for various shaped designs.
Surface finish: Food-grade PET base with vacuum-plated brushed layer and outer UV protective coating.
Particle Board
Substrate: Produced by layered wood chips and high-pressure molding. Stable structure with low deformation, suitable for mass standardized customization.

Product Packaging

Panels are neatly stacked horizontally. Each panel is pre-covered with PE protective film to prevent scratches and fingerprints on PET finish. Paper edge protectors are installed around the stack to guard corners. The whole stack is wrapped with PE waterproof film with desiccants inside to resist sea moisture and mildew. Non-fumigation plywood pallets are used for loading, secured tightly by plastic-steel straps and stretch film to avoid shifting during transit. Shipping marks including product size, quantity, gross/net weight and volume are attached on pallets, with “Keep Dry” and “Fragile” warning signs. Pallets can be loaded flat into containers. This standard packing fits all panel types with excellent stability and low bending risk.
