Panels supplies a comprehensive range of melamine faced panels trusted by furniture manufacturers, cabinet makers and commercial interior contractors worldwide. Built on four substrate options — MDF, plywood, particle board and OSB — and decorated with premium German paper, our melamine boards deliver the dependable performance, design variety and cost efficiency that volume production demands.
Melamine faced panels are the industry's most trusted decorative board solution — combining durability, design versatility and competitive cost for furniture, cabinetry, shelving and commercial interiors at scale.
Decorative papers are sourced from Schattdecor of Germany, one of the world's leading decor paper manufacturers, and pressed on precision embossed steel plates — reproducing every grain and texture with remarkable fidelity.
Solid color, metallic, wood grain, leather, fabric, stone, weave and art texture — the same design library as our premium PET line, so you can offer tiered product ranges with one unified visual language.
Choose MDF (smooth, profiled edges), plywood (moisture-resistant, strong screw-holding), particle board / chipboard (lightweight and economical), or OSB (high structural strength and eco-friendly) in 9/12/18/22 mm and 4×8 ft sizes.
All panels meet ENF/E0 environmental standards and carry FSC, CARB P2 and CE certifications — ready for the US, EU and other regulated markets without additional compliance work.
With a monthly capacity of 200,000 sheets, seven domestic distribution warehouses and 1,000+ clients served across 20+ countries, we support wholesale orders, OEM color matching and private-label programs with dependable lead times.
A1: A melamine faced panel is made by thermally fusing decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin onto a substrate such as MDF, plywood, particle board or OSB. The process creates a hard, scratch-resistant, heat-resistant and easy-to-clean surface, making it one of the most widely used boards for furniture, cabinets, shelving and wall panels worldwide.
A2: Melamine vs laminate — melamine is a resin-impregnated paper fused directly onto the substrate under heat and pressure, typically thinner and more cost-effective. High-pressure laminate (HPL) is a thicker, multi-layer sheet glued to the board, offering slightly higher impact and heat resistance at a higher price. For most furniture and cabinet applications, melamine faced panels provide the best balance of performance and value.
A3: The melamine surface itself is water- and stain-resistant, so it is widely used for kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. However, the exposed core and edges of the board are not fully waterproof. We recommend choosing a plywood substrate and matching edge banding for high-humidity areas, and sealing cut edges during fabrication.
A4: Standard panel sizes are 1220×2440 mm (4×8 melamine board) and 1220×2745 mm, in 9/12/18/22 mm thicknesses. Both single-sided and double-sided melamine panels are available on MDF, plywood, particle board and OSB substrates. Common specifications such as 3/4-inch 4×8 melamine sheets are kept in stock for wholesale orders.
A5: Yes. All our melamine faced panels meet China's ENF and E0 standards, with formaldehyde emissions of ≤0.025 mg/m³ — among the strictest in the world. They are also FSC, CARB P2 and CE certified, making them suitable for bedrooms, children's furniture and export to the US and EU markets.
A6: Absolutely. We offer 100+ in-house designs and support OEM color matching, custom textures and private-label packaging. With a 20,000 m² smart factory and monthly capacity of 200,000 sheets, we can handle both sample development and high-volume production for furniture manufacturers, importers and distributors.
