PVC edge banding is a cost-effective general-purpose option. Extruded from virgin PVC pellets with high-precision synchronous printing, it perfectly matches all PET and melamine panel finishes. Flexible and crack-resistant during cutting and edge-banding, it fits most common edge-banding machines. With stable mass production and controllable costs, it is ideal for engineering and large-volume orders.
PVC Base Layer: High-toughness virgin-PVC extrusion, uniform thickness, good flatness and fracture resistance for high-speed edge banding.
Synchronous Printed Texture Layer: High-precision roller transfer printing reproduces wood grain, solid colors, stone grain and artistic textures, fully consistent with panel surfaces.
Wear-Resistant Top Coating: Eco-friendly scratch- and stain-resistant finish, resisting fading and substrate exposure in daily use.
Standard roll length: 100 m / 200 m. Each roll in individual paper box; 4 rolls per carton. Cartons stacked on solid-wood pallets and fully wrapped with multi-layer stretch film. Dust-proof, moisture-proof and impact-resistant, suitable for long-distance sea and land container transport.
